Step straight from your door into adventure! Eagles Nest offers immediate access to hiking and biking trails, as well as a variety of outdoor sports amenities. Challenge yourself on the ropes course or climbing tower (seasonal), compete on the basketball and pickleball courts, or find your stride on the ATV, biking, and hiking woodland trails (please note: no personal ATVs allowed; check local rentals). After your active day, relax by your private firepit or soak in the hot tub as you recount the day’s adventures. Be sure to bring your own recreational gear and check seasonal availability for certain activities. With main-level entry just one step from the parking area, the home makes it easy for everyone to join the fun.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm. Check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Enter the home with just one step from the parking area.
  • By the parking area, there is a 240V EV charger.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are permitted.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • While staying at Mountain Vistas, guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course
    • 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail
    • Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun; hours vary)
    • Fire Pit
    • Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served
  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All BRMR homes have well-stocked kitchens with utensils for cooking meals. A starter set of essentials is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during possible winter weather should be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Other Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is a community with ongoing construction in several neighborhoods. Construction noise may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
